Control access within your Pory Portal
Do you have user records stored in Airtable? Connecting your users table to Pory is a great way to allow your users to update their information without:
🔓 Your users needing to know or use Airtable.
💰 Needing to purchase extra seats for users.
Set up user user management
In the editor, click on User Mangement in the left sidebar
Click on Get Started
Choose the base and table where you’d like to store your users, along with the field where emails are kept. When Pory creates a user for your portal, we’ll first check for the user in the specified Airtable table. If they aren’t found, we’ll add a new record.
Pory supports 3 different restriction types. This can help you control who can sign up and access your portal.
Control who can sign up to your portal by select either of the options in this next screen.
After completing the set up, you will be directed to the user management dashboard.
